Debbie Sagorin has been selling homes in Irvine for more than 22 years. She is a REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Realty and works mostly on the listing side, with more of her listings in Woodbridge than in any other Irvine village.
What tends to bring clients to her is the detail underneath the asking price. Irvine is a city of associations and assessments, and the arithmetic is rarely simple. Many attached homes carry a sub-association fee on top of the master dues, some tracts carry Mello-Roos and some do not, and school assignment follows the address rather than the village name, so two homes on the same street can feed different districts. Debbie works those numbers out before a home is priced or an offer is written, and she puts them in writing.
Her focus includes Woodbridge, Oak Creek, Turtle Rock, Northwood, Northpark, Woodbury, Westpark, Quail Hill, Portola Springs and the Great Park area. She works across every Irvine village and represents buyers and sellers throughout Orange County.
Debbie is a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®), and she holds the Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) and Smart Home Certified designations. She is also an Anywhere Leads Corporate Relocation Certified Agent, a designation requiring annual coursework and testing that she uses in her work with families relocating into Orange County through corporate programs.
