North Tustin is an unincorporated community in Orange County, California. The population was 25,147 at the 2020 census. It is outside the city limits of Tustin and has a 92705, (Santa Ana), ZIP code. The name was changed from Tustin Foothills in 2005.

North Tustin really is a wonderful place to live. The Single Family Resince homes, (SFR's), are beautiful and the people are friendly. There is a great sense of community there. There is always something to do. There are many parks and recreation areas, as well as a variety of shops and restaurants.
